• Identity: full name.
• Contact: phone number, e-mail address.
• Request details: your message, the product or service you are interested in, the project type if you chose one; for service requests, the issue description and priority.
• Request source: the page you sent the form from, your first landing page, the referring site, campaign parameters (UTM) and Google ad click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid).
• Security: technical records such as IP address, browser and device details and the time a form was sent.
• Analytics and ad measurement: with your consent, cookie identifiers, pages you visit and your interactions on the site (e.g. tapping a phone or WhatsApp link, sending a form); without consent, only limited signals with no cookies or user identifiers (see Cookies).

• To respond to your request and contact you,
• To prepare quotes for products and studio setups,
• To handle technical service and after-sales support requests,
• To keep the site secure and block automated (bot) and abusive form submissions,
• With your consent, to analyse how the site is used and measure the results of our ads.

• KVKK Art. 5/2-c: processing is directly related to concluding or performing a contract (your quote and service requests).
• KVKK Art. 5/2-f: our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (responding to you, site security, measuring which page or campaign a request came from).
• KVKK Art. 5/1: your explicit consent (analytics and advertising cookies). You can withdraw it at any time via “Cookie preferences”.

We collect your data directly from you through the website forms, phone, WhatsApp and e-mail, and, where you consent, automatically through cookies.

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to the following service providers we use, whose servers may be located abroad:

• Hosting and infrastructure: Vercel (serving the website).
• Content management and records: Sanity (storing form requests).
• E-mail: Resend and/or Google (request notification e-mails).
• Analytics and ad measurement: Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads). Full measurement with your cookie consent; without it, only limited signals with no cookies or user identifiers.

Transfers abroad are carried out in line with the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK. Otherwise, your data is shared with competent public authorities only where there is a legal obligation. When you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s (Meta) own terms.

We keep your personal data for as long as the purpose requires and for the retention periods set by the applicable legislation. When these periods end, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Cookie durations are listed in the cookie section below.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed,
• Request information about it if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose,
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
• Request that correction, deletion or destruction is notified to the third parties the data was transferred to,
• Object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.

You can send your request in writing to our address above, together with information that lets us verify your identity, or by the other methods set out in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller (e.g. from an e-mail address you have previously given us and that is in our records, to ugur@trumedya.com). Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature; if it requires an additional cost, the fee schedule set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.

Cookies and similar technologies (browser storage) are small pieces of data saved in your browser. Apart from the necessary ones, we use them only if you agree in the cookie notice at the bottom of the page.

If you choose “Necessary only”, no Google cookies are set. Because of Google’s Consent Mode, limited signals without cookies or user identifiers may still be sent to Google: that a page was viewed, your consent status and events such as tapping a phone or WhatsApp link or sending a form. These signals do not include your request’s reference, your name or your contact details.

The map on the contact page loads from Google Maps only when you press “Show map here”; Google may then use its own cookies.
