Frequently asked questions about Nanlux
Can Nanlux lights be used outdoors?
Nanlux models with a stated IP rating are protected against dust and water; for example, the Evoke 600C, Evoke 5000B and Matrix 2500C are rated IP66 and the Evoke 5C IP67. You can see each model’s rating in the table above and in the specifications on its product page.
What is the difference between Evoke B and Evoke C models?
B marks bi-colour lights with adjustable white (e.g. Evoke 2400B, 2,700–6,500 K); C marks full-colour models that also produce colour and effects (e.g. Evoke 600C, 1,000–20,000 K).
How do warranty and technical support work for Nanlux products?
Every Nanlux product bought from True Medya comes with 2 years of full technical support: diagnostics and repair, spare parts, firmware updates and user training. Send a support request from the Technical Service page or by phone.
Why are Nanlux prices not shown on the site?
Prices depend on stock and on the kit and accessories you choose, so we share a current quote on request. Fill in the form or send the model name on WhatsApp; we reply the same day during business hours.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes. We provide installation and configuration support and one-to-one training on correct use. On studio projects we deliver the site survey, design, installation, commissioning and training as a turnkey service.
